• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on vip and is using the service.

Opening an account or using any service on vip means the user is considered to have agreed to all sections of this document. These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and that version is final. If a translation in any other language exists, the Bengali version takes precedence.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

The user is solely responsible for keeping their username and password completely confidential. The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. It is recommended to use a strong password and keep OTP verification active.

3.1 Verification Process

vip reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This verification is typically required before the first withdrawal or before large transactions. Users may be asked to submit the following documents:

• A clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
• Payment method verification — such as the mobile number linked to bKash or Nagad.

If documents are not submitted or verification fails, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users are obliged to provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure, with a risk that the balance will not be returned. If your details change (phone number or email), notify the support team right away.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on vip can currently be made through the following methods:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — by any method. Depositing from a third-party account is not allowed. Deposits must always be sent from an account in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals are only possible to the same method and same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Large withdrawals may remain pending until verification is complete.

If a withdrawal is rejected, vip will inform the user of the reason and guide them toward a resolution.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, the wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on vip:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each bonus is valid once and for one account only. Taking bonuses using multiple accounts is not allowed.
• vip reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be removed.

5.3 VIP Program

The vip VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Regular and active players can move up to higher tiers and receive greater benefits. Weekly cashback differs by tier: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver and up to 1.0% for Gold, applied to weekly net losses.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

vip accepts bets on sports betting, cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, vip reserves the right to cancel or recalculate bets in the following circumstances:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed.
• If odds were displayed incorrectly (technical error).
• If the result of the event changes, in accordance with the relevant rules.
• If evidence of fraud or match-fixing is found.

6.2 Maximum Win Limits

vip sets a maximum win limit for each bet. This limit may vary depending on the sport, event and market type. The applicable limit will be visible when placing a bet. If winnings exceed the limit, only up to the maximum limit will be paid out.

6.3 Live Betting

In live betting on ongoing matches, odds change rapidly. After a live bet is submitted, the system verifies the odds — if the odds have changed significantly, the new odds will be shown and the user can choose to accept or cancel.

7.1 Game Fairness and RTP

All slots, live casino, fishing and card games on vip are powered by verified software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution and Spribe). The outcome of every game is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and independently tested. RTP (Return to Player) information for each slot is available within the game.

7.2 Game Errors and Disconnections

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game state is saved in vip's server-side log. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from where it left off. Winnings displayed incorrectly due to a software error will not be paid out — the correct result will apply after the error is corrected. 8.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on vip and may result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Using software bots, automated tools or hacking methods.
• Defrauding other users or creating fake websites using the vip brand name.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

9.1 vip's Rights

vip may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Proof or suspicion of being underage.
• A court order or directive from a government authority.

9.2 User's Right to Close Their Own Account

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email.
